Our Privacy Notice
MagicRack®/Production Plus Corp. does not rent, sell or trade the names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, online shopping habits or personal information of its customers. We ask for your e-mail address only if you add an item to your shopping cart. If you do make a purchase online, we will use your e-mail address to send an order confirmation and shipping notice for your order.
If you supply us with your postal address online, either when making a purchase or requesting a free catalog, you will receive our catalogs from time to time. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, contact us via one of the methods listed above. Please provide us with your exact name and address and we will make sure you are removed from our active mailing list.
Once again, MagicRack®/Production Plus Corp. does not rent, sell or trade the names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, online shopping habits or personal information of its customers. We do not keep credit card numbers after the secured transaction has been completed. You will be required to re-enter your credit card information each time you shop our site, or call to place an order using a credit card.

Return Policy
Only stock items may be returned. This excludes clearance and custom made items. Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date and must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on each box of the original packaging. Upon approval by our customer service department an RMA number will be issued. Returned merchandise must be unaltered and unused. All returns due to customer error will have a 15% restocking charge applied and customer pays freight for pick up and delivery.
Shipping Tolerance
Due to our wire manufacturing process we reserve the right to ship and invoice 10% over or under the order quantity on all wire products.

Shipping Policy
Most stock items are shipped within 24 hours of order verification.
Order Cancellation Policy
Custom orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to material and labor charges. Stock orders are subject to our return policy, if cancelled after the order was shipped.
Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand, and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. You will be notified via e-mail if the item is out-of-stock and when the item will be available for shipment, and given 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. Most out-of-stock and custom orders ship within 2 weeks.
Many out-of-stock/custom made items are excellent products and are available for purchase. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.
